Full-Time Accounting/Personnel Admin
We are accepting applications for an on-site (in-person) Accounting/Personnel Admin to provide administrative support for the Personnel Department, as well as the Accounting Department
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate department
- Entering New Employees in HR Software
- Completing Order Entry
- Complying with company policies by ensuring all financial records are maintained.
- Complying with company policies by ensuring all personnel records are maintained.
- Prepares & enter Account Receivable invoices, enters receivable funds, and prepares disbursements for payment.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable's current to meet current annual goal. Includes collection calls to customers.
- Helping to Maintain Online accounts for Customers
- Prepares and run reports as required.
- Maintain Accounts Payable invoicing and disbursements within terms of our vendors.
- Maintains all records and files assigned to this function and the safekeeping of all company records including computerized financial information as required by state and federal agencies.
Requirements
- Experience with high volume data entry
- Exceptional computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook and ERP systems
- Exceptional accuracy skills
- Good organization, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers/visitors and internal team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- At least 5+ years experience of recent administrative support
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour ($45,760 annually)
